Because of her mastery of all things tech, Amy is the resident software guinea pig at Total Accounting HQ. A natural problem solver, Amy revels in the challenge of finding solutions, whether it’s implementing a time-saving software or making a subtle tweak to a transaction process.

Totally loves: The satisfaction of getting things right first time (even if it’s not always possible, because she’s still human) and the even sweeter satisfaction of a hot chocolate on a cosy autumn evening.

Totally learning:  dedicated to understanding her clients and is currently pursuing her AAT Level 4 qualification
