'We know that introducing software to your business can be a bit scary and if you don’t know where to start, keep putting it off and want to spend a morning getting to grips with it ready to use when you leave, please join us.'
We'll take you through:
What it does and how it works
How to use the dashboard
How to navigate around the software – which buttons do what!
Creating and sending customised sales invoices
Setting up recurring invoices
Keeping on top of your billing – sending reminders
Running meaningful reports – that give you key information for your business
How to record expenses

How to auto-chase unpaid invoices
How to receive reminders of key dates
How to use Xero on an App
What you need to input and where
Xero users save time on their paperwork, find it easier to run their business finances and can see in real time, what their cashflow looks like.
They also improve their cashflow by being paid on time because they’ve made it easier and faster for their customers to pay.
All this leads to more money in the business - and a healthier bank balance.
Xero is a great tool for running your business digitally to save time and make your life easier – and if you have a bookkeeper or accountant, their time will also reduce with this in place.
*Making Tax Digital – the Government needs us all to be recording our business financial activity digitally. If your company is VAT registered, you’ll need to be fully digital by April.
Ask us for help if you’d like to get set up and don’t have the time or know-how!
